• •Voice talent services and voice marketplace
• •Content delivery and project management tools
• •API integrations and third-party connections

These services are provided on an "as is" basis and are subject to these terms and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Although Ant Systemz attempts to provide accurate services, content, functionality, and materials (collectively, the "Contents") on the platform, it makes no representation, endorsement, or warranty that such Contents are accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. The platform and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis. Use of the platform and its contents is at the user's sole risk.

The platform and its contents are provided without any representations, endorsements, or warranties of any kind whatsoever, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to:

• •Any warranties of title or accuracy
• •Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• •Warranties regarding AI-generated content quality, accuracy, or suitability
• •Warranties regarding voice clones, voice synthesis, or voice talent services
• •Warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free service
• •Warranties regarding third-party integrations or external services

The sole exception is warranties (if any) which cannot be expressly excluded under applicable law.

In no event will Ant Systemz be liable for any damages, including, without limitation:

• •Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
• •Loss of revenue, profit, business, data, or goodwill
• •Loss of voice clones, voice models, or content
• •Damages arising from AI-generated content
• •Damages from content misuse or unauthorized use
• •Damages from third-party actions or integrations

Such damages may arise whether under a contract, tort, or any other theory of liability, arising in connection with any party's use of the platform or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, line system failure, loss of data, or loss of use related to this platform or any third-party service or any contents of this platform or any other website, even if Ant Systemz is aware of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By uploading, submitting, or providing content to Ant Systemz (including voice samples, scripts, media files, or other materials), you grant Ant Systemz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for:

• •Providing and delivering the services
• •Creating voice clones and AI-generated content
• •Improving our AI models (VOIT™ and CRIT™) using anonymized data
• •Creating backups and maintaining service continuity
• •Quality assurance and testing

AI-Generated Content Ownership

Any AI-generated content produced through Ant Systemz services (including voice clones, synthetic videos, or creative outputs) belongs to you, the user, subject to these terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content used as input does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

Voice Talent & Voice Clones

Voice samples and voice clones created through our VOIT™ services remain your property. You must obtain explicit written consent from voice talent or voice sources before providing them to Ant Systemz for voice cloning. Ant Systemz is not responsible for any claims, disputes, or legal issues arising from unauthorized use of voice content.

You agree not to use Ant Systemz services to create, upload, or distribute:

• •Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• •Deepfakes or non-consensual synthetic media of real persons
• •Defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive content
• •Content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
• •Content promoting violence, illegal activities, or harm
• •Sexually explicit or adult content without proper disclosure
• •Content that impersonates or deceives others
• •Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• •Content that violates third-party privacy or rights

The Ant Systemz platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. Ant Systemz has no control over any such websites or services, the contents therein or the products/services offered. The existence of any such links shall not constitute an endorsement, representation or warranty by Ant Systemz of such websites, the contents of the websites, the products or services of the websites or the operators of the websites.

Ant Systemz disclaims responsibility for the policies, practices, and customer information practices of third-party internet sites or services. You use third-party integrations entirely at your own risk.

Ant Systemz may, at any time, make modifications, changes, and alterations to the Contents of this website, platform, pricing, features, and these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this platform following any modifications, changes, or alterations shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications, changes, or alterations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ant Systemz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or resulting from:

• •Voice samples or voice talent you provide
• •Your use of AI-generated content
• •Claims by third parties regarding your content

By using paid services, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and current billing information
• •Pay all fees and charges incurred
• •Allow Ant Systemz to charge your payment method for services
• •Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• •Comply with applicable tax laws and regulations

Ant Systemz reserves the right to change pricing and billing terms with reasonable notice. Refunds are provided according to our Refund Policy, if applicable.

Ant Systemz may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• •Your access to the platform will cease immediately
• •Your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
• •No refunds will be provided for unused services (except as required by law)
• •Survival of relevant provisions continues as applicable

No waiver by Ant Systemz of any right under or term or provision of these terms and conditions will be deemed a waiver of any other right, term, or provision of these terms and conditions at that time or a waiver of that or any other right, term, or provision of these terms and conditions at any other time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the State of Maharashtra. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform.

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ant Systemz regarding the use of the platform and services, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
