The service data may be processed for the purposes of operating our website, providing our services, training our AI models (VOIT™ and CRIT™) using anonymized data, ensuring the security of our website and services, maintaining back-ups of our databases and communicating with you. The legal basis for this processing is your implicit or explicit consent OR our legitimate interests, namely delivery of services provided by our platform.
Legal & Compliance Data

- Service data, voice samples, and voice clones will be retained for the duration of your active projects and services. After project completion or account deletion, service data will be retained for 90 days. Voice clones are retained for future use unless you request deletion.
- Billing and payment data will be retained for seven years (tax and legal requirements).
- Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
